- No illegal fees from workers. Workers are not charged recruitment fees beyond what Indian law permits. confirm wording
- Written contract before departure. Salary, hours, accommodation, food, transport, leave and contract length explained in the worker's language.
- Documents stay with the worker. We never hold a worker's passport.
- Verified profiles. Passport, experience and certificates checked before sharing.
