What do I need to send to start?
Roles, number of workers, country and when you need them. The form takes a minute; we call to confirm and list the documents needed.
Who pays the recruitment fee?
Fees and terms are agreed with the employer in writing before work starts. Workers are not charged illegal recruitment fees.
What is your replacement policy?
Replacement terms are written in the service agreement before selection. Add exact terms
How long does it take?
Timeline depends on trade, numbers and the country's visa process. We agree a target on the requirement call.
Where is the medical done?
At approved centres in India before travel (GAMCA for GCC countries).
What is ECR / ECNR?
Indian passports are marked ECR (emigration check required) or ECNR. ECR workers need emigration clearance, which we handle.
Is there a minimum number of workers?
No. We handle single hires and batches of 100 or more.

Do you train workers before travel?
Yes. Trade tests and refresher training at our Skill Development Center, plus a pre-departure briefing.

Yes. The employer portal shows every candidate's status: new, shortlisted, interview, offer, hired.
